As the work force shifts to remote working, our personal and professional lives collide on a daily basis. Is remote work helping or hurting women attorneys’ careers? For example, many articles have been published about women often being the primary caregiver for young children, adding an extra layer of complexity to remote work. However, remote work can also present opportunities for greater equality in the work place. We bring together a group of Senior Women IP Attorneys to share best practices for work-life balance, promoting our careers as we work remotely, mentoring, and moving towards greater equality in the work place.
