Naomi Waltman

Naomi Waltman is Executive Vice President & Associate General Counsel, Litigation of CBS Corporation, a leading media company that creates and distributes content across a variety of platforms to audiences around the world. She serves as Head of Litigation, representing CBS Corporation and its business units in a broad range of litigation matters, including intellectual property, defamation, employment, and general commercial disputes. Previously, Naomi was VP and Senior Counsel for Viacom, INc. where she provided strategic legal advice and counseling to Viacom’s business units. Earlier in her career, she was a litigation associate at Kaye Scholer LLP in New York City and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Warren W. Enginton of the U.S. District for the District of Connecticut.

Naomi is a well-recognized leader in the legal profession and is frequently honored by external legal and professional organizations. She has been recognized as a 2018 National Women in Law Honoree in Technology, Media and Telecom by Corporate Counsel, a Leading Woman Lawyer in NYC by Crain’s New York Business, as well as a Woman of Influence by Best Lawyers Magazine.

Naomi received a B.A. with Distinction from Stanford University and a J.D. from Stanford Law School, where she currently serves on the Board of Visitors.
