LUCKY VIDMAR

Lucky Vidmar is Associate General Counsel and Head of IP Litigation at Microsoft. Lucky and his team manage Microsoft’s docket of patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret cases around the world. Before Microsoft, Lucky was at Western Union as VP and Senior Technology Counsel, advising the company’s leadership on a broad array of technology and digital transformation issues, as well as overseeing the global IP portfolio. Before moving in-house, Lucky was a partner in the IP litigation group of Hogan Lovells. Lucky has B.S. and M.S. degrees in Computer Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and his law degree from the University of Denver.
