Gilbert Wong

Gilbert Wong is Global Head of IP at Block. Previously he was Associate General Counsel, Patents at Facebook where he led the Patent Operations and Analytics Team in developing processes and analytic tools that helped Facebook’s patent counsel effectively and efficiently manage their patent portfolio. Previously, he managed the development of the AR/VR, advertisement, infrastructure, and search patent portfolios at Facebook.

Gilbert received his JD at University of California, David, his MS in Electrical Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University, and his BA in Physics at University of California, Berkeley.
