Many products are manufactured abroad and can often be easily copied, so obtaining IP protection in foreign territories is very important. Also, in response to the U.S.-China trade war, companies have moved some of their business operations to different territories, and now they need to understand IP protection in these new territories. We will discuss prosecution strategies and the landscape for enforceability in different regions.
