CLE INFORMATION
This program is approved for CLE in the State of California. We will email the CLE certificate to all attendees who provide their California State Bar ID at the registration desk on May 8-9, 2024.

HOW TO CALCULATE CLE

  • If you attended only the May 8 sessions, you are eligible for up to 5.75 CLE credits.

  • If you attended only the May 9 sessions, you are eligible for up to 3 CLE credits.

  • If you attended the May 8 and May 9 sessions, you are eligible for up to 8.75 CLE credits.

  • If you participated on a panel discussion, you are eligible for additional CLE credit. You may claim an equal share of the total time for all speakers multiplied by four plus the actual time spent in attendance at the remainder of the presentation. For example, if your panel discussion was 50 minutes long and there were 5 speakers, your equal share of the total time is 10 minutes. Multiply that number by four to get 40 minutes, which is 0.75 CLE credits. This means you are eligible for an additional 0.75 CLE credit.

OUT-OF-STATE CLE
If you need CLE from another State, you may be able to submit an individual application to that State. Please check that State’s CLE website for details. IP Counsel Cafe can provide supporting documents. Please email us at info@ipcounselcafe.com
